The family-run 4-star superior Hotel Gasteiger Jagdschlössl in the Kitzbüheler Alps with 120 beds, romantic castle towers, a washhouse & our estate could soon become your territory. Employment type: Full-time Production of dishes for HP menus, à la carte & buffets Ensuring a high level of quality and presentation in all food preparations. Requirements: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills - Flexibility and adaptability - High level of attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure - Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools - Experience with menu planning and preparation - Familiarity with food safety regulations - Ability to lift up to 25 kg - Ability to stand for long periods - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
