Job description
My Leukerbad AG is the operating organization of Leukerbad's most important service providers. These include the Leukerbad Therme, the Torrent-Bahnen, the Sportarena, the Snowpark Sportarena, the LLB Verkehrsbetriebe Leuk-Leukerbad, and Leukerbad Tourismus.
For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for motivated reinforcement in seasonal employment with the option of annual employment at the Restaurant Sportarena (sports groups, daycare, lunch, individual guests, banquets, family ski area in winter).
• Preparation of cold and warm dishes
• Active participation in all kitchen stations
• Support with orders including incoming goods control, storage, and transport
• Ensuring perfect mise-en-place
• Shared responsibility for cleanliness and order in the kitchen and cold rooms
• General cleaning work
• Adherence to HACCP guidelines
