• Preparation, preparation and presentation of hot and cold dishes
• Independent work in à-la-carte-, buffet- or event kitchens
• Support with menu planning and inventory management
• Compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Coordination within the kitchen team and smooth collaboration with service and logistics
• Ensuring a clean and organized workspace

• Completed training as a cook/chef or several years of experience in the gastronomy industry
• Passion for good food & high quality standards
• Self-reliant, reliable and team-oriented work style
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain overview
• Basic knowledge of the German language (additional languages a plus)
• Enjoyment of new challenges and varied assignments
