Your tasks at a glance:

• You lead as an experienced chef (m/w/d) a station (appetizers, side dishes, fish/meat, dessert) in the kitchen
• as Chef de Partie (m/w/d), you have the mise en place of your post in mind and develop menu suggestions and support the sous chef (m/w/d) in preparing the purchase
• You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of hot and cold dishes in your department
• You ensure an appealing and aesthetic presentation of the dishes
• You have an eye for hygiene and ensure compliance with the HACCP guidelines

What we expect from you:

• You have a completed training as a chef (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• You are reliable, work independently, and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• You have good German language skills
• You show high passion for working in the kitchen
• You bring a car driver's license, if you would like to have a company car
