As a Knowledge Management Associate at Invesco, you will play a key role in supporting our investment teams by providing high-quality research and analysis. You will work closely with our portfolio managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize knowledge gaps, develop and maintain knowledge management processes and tools, and provide training and support to help our teams stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and developments. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management framework that aligns with Invesco's investment strategies and goals. • Conduct research and analysis to identify and prioritize knowledge gaps, and develop recommendations for addressing these gaps. • Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective knowledge management processes and tools. • Provide training and support to help our teams stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and developments. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment teams, research providers, and industry experts. • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our knowledge management processes and tools. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, information science). • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as investment research, portfolio analysis, or knowledge management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with knowledge management tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
