Knitting Manager

Your Mission: To lead knitting operations by ensuring efficient production, superior product quality, and a highly engaged workforce, ultimately delivering products that meet customer expectations while optimizing cost and operational performance. Responsibilities: Operational Excellence Plan and manage production to ensure timely delivery of products meeting defined quality standards. Maintain optimal efficiency level across operations. Control second-quality output to within the maximum tolerance. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, recognizing and rewarding employee achievements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology or related field; 5+ years of experience in knitting operations management; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and leadership abilities; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
