Function description Are you a handy DIY person with knowledge of various styles? For our location in Hever, we are looking for a handyman who can help build and finish new chalets and is capable of performing various maintenance and renovation works. You will work full-time between Monday and Friday. Your task package • Building and preparing new chalets and residential units • Installing and performing minor repairs on electricity • Plumbing: installing and repairing pipes, sinks, toilets, etc. • Painting and decorating • Performing various maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts • Assisting with the construction of new buildings and structures • Participating in the renovation and restoration of existing buildings and structures • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals • Adapting to changing circumstances and priorities • Being proactive and taking initiative to improve processes and procedures • Providing excellent customer service • Working safely and following safety protocols • Meeting deadlines and delivering results on time • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
