This includes psychological, physical, and practical services tailored to individual needs, utilizing an extensive worldwide network of recognized healthcare professionals. We support employees and their family members to become healthier, happier, and more productive both personally and professionally.
Our clinical team of psychologists offers worldwide counseling services. Our operations include 24/7 telephone availability and psychological support. Due to growth, we are looking for independent clinical psychologists who want to provide telephone-based clinical support during evening hours and weekends.
This is a fully remote position.

This is a fully remote position.
What are the expectations?
- To provide holistic support to individuals and managers over the phone (including crisis conversations)
- To offer confidential, empathetic emotional support and clear documentation of the conversations
- To triage requests for crisis support to the internal team (e.g., psychological support after a workplace accident)
Who are we looking for?
- You hold a master's degree in clinical psychology and have started or completed an additional therapy training.
- You possess a visa issued by the FOD Volksgezondheid.
- You possess a recognition number issued by the Psychologencommissie.
- You have at least 5 years of practice experience.
- You have an independent status, either as main or secondary occupation.
- You have sufficient space in your agenda (availability).
- You have fluent oral and written skills in English & Dutch
