Air Conditioning Technician (m/f/d)
Sigmatic AG is a leading family-owned company in Central Switzerland, based in Sursee. Since 1985, we have been developing sustainable energy solutions in the areas of heating, solar, air conditioning, and automation – with a focus on renewable energies, efficiency, and customer-oriented solutions. Around 80 employees are committed daily to technically convincing and sustainable projects – from consulting and planning to commissioning and service.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual as an
Air Conditioning Technician 100% (m/f/d)
Your Challenge:
Disassembly, assembly, and commissioning of air conditioning systems
Carrying out maintenance work and troubleshooting on air conditioning systems
Reporting of service activities
Your Competencies:
Completed training in refrigeration, air conditioning, or building technology or comparable professional experience
Independent, reliable, and meticulous work approach
High awareness of quality and responsibility
Confident handling of technical documentation and administrative tasks
Customer-oriented demeanor
Driver's license category B
Teamwork skills and structured work approach
