Your role: As a retail customer service representative, you are the first point of contact in the store. You ensure that customers feel welcome and satisfied when they leave the store. You work at the information counter, cash register, and provide support as needed on the store floor. You are the friendly and enthusiastic face of Decathlon, always ready to help and advise customers. Your tasks: • Provide excellent customer service by being approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable about our products and services. • Answer questions, provide information, and make recommendations to customers. • Process transactions at the cash register and handle returns or exchanges. • Assist with inventory management and store displays. • Participate in visual merchandising and store layout planning. • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company policies.
