Customer Service Representative Store

Decathlon is opening a brand new store in the heart of 's-Hertogenbosch. Become a customer service representative and build from day one together with us towards a great success. Your role: For the opening of our brand new Decathlon store in 's-Hertogenbosch, you will have the unique opportunity to build from day one towards the success of the store. As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact in the store. You ensure that customers feel welcome and satisfied when they leave again. You work at the information desk, where you answer questions and provide assistance to customers. Your tasks include: • Providing excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and helpful. • Answering questions and providing information about products and services. • Assisting with purchases and returns. • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment. • Working together with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements: • You have a positive attitude, are enthusiastic, and enjoy working in a team. • You are able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • You have good communication skills and are able to understand and respond to customer needs. • You are able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
