Customer Service Employee Logistics

As an Intermodal Coordinator in Hazerswoude-Dorp, you will work at A2B-online B.V. to ensure the smooth running of the entire order process. You are the first point of contact for customers and liaise daily with various parties to ensure transports run smoothly.

• You process orders from start to finish;
• You maintain daily contact with customers and advise on transport solutions;
• You coordinate loading and unloading times with planning;
• You ensure the process runs smoothly;
• You work with colleagues on the further professionalization of the back office;

• Salary between € 2,500 and € 3,500 gross per month;
• 27 vacation days, increasing to 30;
• Mileage allowance of € 0.28 per kilometer;

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience;
• Minimum of a completed MBO (vocational education) or HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level;
• Affinity with the logistics and transport sector;
• Good geographical knowledge;
• Good command of the Dutch language and preferably also English and/or German, both spoken and written;
