Do you want to work in the financial sector and develop yourself towards KYC and financial crime prevention? Through Oliver James, you can start as a Customer Service Representative at a leading bank in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for private clients and answer questions about payment products, transactions, and banking services. With your customer-oriented approach and analytical skills, you will lay the foundation for a career within Compliance and KYC.

Responsibilities

• Answering client inquiries via phone, email, and chat about bank matters and payment products.
• Analyzing client requests and signaling irregularities or trends.
• Collaborating with clients and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Supporting internal departments in administrative and process-related tasks.
• Actively working on your own development with the aim of growing into KYC.

Your Profile
You are social, communicatively strong, and want to build your career within financial services. For this role, we ask:

• At least a HBO-level education.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Interest in banking, client research, and financial crime.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Learner, service-oriented, and able to work independently.

• A 12-month contract (38 hours per week) with a view to indefinite time.
• Hybrid working, with 3 days per week on site in Amsterdam.
