Customer Service Employee 32-40 hours

Are you service-oriented, strong in communication, and do you get energy from helping customers? Then we are looking for you! As a customer service employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers and you ensure an excellent service experience every day.

Tasks

What will you do?

As a customer service employee, you are the online business card of Giga Meubel. You speak to customers via email, chat, and phone (daily from 10 AM to 12 PM) and ensure that every question or complaint is handled clearly and professionally. No conversation is the same, and that variety is what makes your work enjoyable.

• You quickly get to the core of questions and complaints

• You think in solutions and switch effortlessly between different systems

• You communicate clearly with customers and ensure good internal feedback

• You work independently, but also actively contribute to the organization

You work with AFAS and Microsoft Office. The customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. During the summer months from May to September, customer service is open until 8:00 PM. You work in rotating shifts within these opening hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Requirements

Who are you?
✓ You have a strong personality with a positive mindset

✓ You have vocational secondary education (MBO) work and thinking level

✓ You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and good knowledge of English

✓ You type quickly and without errors and are handy with computers

✓ You can empathize very well with situations and always think solution-oriented

✓ You are flexible, like change, and truly want to make a difference

✓ You are available for at least 32 hours per week within the opening hours of customer service: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, 12:30 PM-9:00 PM, and Sat 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and you work on average 1-2 evenings per week and once every 3 weeks on Saturday
✓ You are available in the short term and live in (the vicinity of) Barneveld
