Job Description From March 9th, you will start on a paid training. Afterwards, you will work as a customer service representative from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and alternating Saturdays. Existing customers will contact you with questions about subscriptions, errors, payments, ... Do you like talking to customers over the phone? Do you help where you can or put them in touch with the right colleague? Are you fluent in Dutch and have a nice phone voice? You will be working with our team of customer service representatives who are passionate about providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
