Job Description For N-Allo, a call center company located near the station in Mechelen, we are looking for enthusiastic customer service representatives for an energy supplier. You will work full-time as a customer service representative. Our department is easily accessible by public transportation. About the position As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering their questions, handling their complaints and providing them with information about our products and services. Your tasks will include: • Answering customer inquiries by phone, email or in person; • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues; • Providing information about our products and services to customers; • Processing orders and requests from customers; • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements: • You are fluent in Dutch; • You have a high school diploma or equivalent; • You have experience working in a call center environment; • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment; • You are able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
