As a customers advisor in our Service Center in Brugge, you are the first point of contact for members who have questions about health insurance, reimbursements and other services from the health fund. You are proactive and take initiative to resolve issues. You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. You have excellent communication skills and can handle multiple conversations simultaneously. You are comfortable with technology and familiar with our digital tools. You are a team player who is willing to learn from others and share your own knowledge and experience. What do you need to succeed in this role? A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or social sciences. Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
