You know the customer inside out. You detect their needs. With your head not in the clouds, but with both feet among customers, colleagues, and external partners. Your expertise? Payroll. This makes you the first point of contact for payroll management and social legislation. Ready to go? This is what your job looks like "Every day is different. You are ready to answer their social-legal questions. Because you are the expert and the point of contact for payroll management and social legislation. * Thanks to you, payroll calculations are done on time and correctly. Other operational tasks - collaborating with external partners, requesting reports, updating the customer file - also fall under your reliable supervision. * With about ten customer visits per year, you proactively check where you can offer support. Is the customer looking for an HR software package? Is the prevention and welfare policy in order? The customer trusts you, because you show the way where necessary. Good to know: on your first day of work, we will give you a warm welcome and you will start with start@payroll. Our training program will guide you for three months. This way, you will be confident from the start, ready to grow as a payroll customer advisor. Profile Do you recognize yourself in this? * You have a bachelor's or master's degree and already have a few years of experience in payroll.
