Job description
On behalf of Cross Border Talents, we are looking for Dutch-speaking customer service staff who want to work in the lively Athens. In this role, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat, answer their questions, and provide excellent service while enjoying Mediterranean life.

What we offer

• Salary: €1,200-€1,500 per 14 months, depending on the project, plus a monthly performance bonus of 10-15%
• Legal supplements: +25% for night shifts (22:00-06:00), +75% on Sundays and public holidays
• Flexible rotating shifts: Monday-Friday or Monday-Sunday, depending on the project, with two free days per week
• Relocation package: Two weeks of hotel accommodation, flight ticket (within the EU), airport assistance, and help finding suitable housing within the salary budget

What we're looking for

• Fluent Dutch and English (at least level B2)
• Basic computer skills
