You make insurance personal. As a Customer Contact Specialist Insurance, you help customers with questions about their insurance and ensure clear, suitable solutions. • Answering questions about private insurance via telephone and digital channels.
  
• Advising customers on suitable insurance solutions.
  
• Processing applications, changes, and customer data.
  
• Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to a positive customer experience.
  
• Collaborating with colleagues and specialists to help customers quickly and effectively.
  

You get energy from customer contact, take initiative, and want to develop yourself within the insurance industry.

• A completed higher professional education (hbo) degree.
  
• In possession of Wft Basis and Wft Schade Particulier.
  
• Available for a minimum of 28 and a maximum of 36 hours per week.
  
• Willingness to obtain additional Wft certifications.
  

We offer a salary between 2850 and 3150 euros gross per month based on 40 hours per week, commensurate with your experience and expertise. Additionally, we invest fully in your development. You will follow training courses that align with your expertise and ambitions, and everyone receives an AI training. You will apply what you learn directly with clients.
