As a Customer Advisor at DPA, you genuinely help customers with questions about banking, insurance, and pensions. You work at leading organizations and develop yourself with training and Wft certificates.

You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure a personal and professional customer experience. You help customers with questions and offer clear solutions.

Your activities:

• Advising and guiding customers with questions about banking products, insurance, and pensions.
  
• Identifying customer needs and translating them into suitable solutions.
  
• Assessing and processing applications and changes, even if they are non-standard.
  
• Conducting solution-oriented conversations, such as retention and payment arrears conversations.
  
• Ensuring correct administrative processing of customer data, quotes, and contracts.
  
• Working according to laws and regulations (Wft) and internal quality guidelines.
  

You get energy from customer contact and want to develop yourself within financial services. You communicate clearly and think in terms of solutions.

What you bring:

• At least a completed higher vocational education (hbo).
  
• Experience with customer contact, for example in service, hospitality, a call center, or the financial sector.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
  
• Affinity with banking, insurance, and/or pensions.
  
• Willingness to obtain Wft certificates (or you already have them).
