Kitchen Hand / All-Rounder – Remote Coastal NT Adventure

What’s on Offer
- Immediate start with an ongoing, stable role
- Long-term commitment (minimum 6 months) – perfect for someone craving a lifestyle change
- Casual pay rate: $35.15/hr (Mon–Fri) + penalty rates
- Overtime paid for all hours over 38
- Free shared accommodation (just $40/week for electricity)
- Travel assistance from Darwin return

Your Day-to-Day
Dive into a variety of tasks that keep the café running smoothly, including:
- General kitchen hand duties
- Register operation & customer service
- Hot and cold food prep
- Basic cooking, using the deep fryer & cleaning
- Unloading, rotating, and restocking stock (including cold rooms & fridges)
- Serving from bain-maries and display fridges
- Helping out with other tasks as needed
Someone who’s:
- Experienced in a commercial kitchen
- Ideally has catering experience
- Ready for a remote lifestyle and community living
- Reliable, adaptable, and open to new experiences
- Minimum six-month commitment
- Airfares from Darwin included
- Access is via unsealed roads during the dry season
