Material Selection: Advise clients on and select appropriate materials, fixtures, appliances, and finishes that align with their style and budget. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing design execution, installation, and ensuring timely delivery. Technical Drawings: Develop blueprints and design plans that incorporate detailed layouts, plumbing, and electrical systems. Collaboration: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively. Budgeting: Prepare and manage design budgets, ensuring projects remain within the client's financial limits. Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines. Skills & QualificationsDesign Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and other design software. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic construction principles. Communication & Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and provide outstanding customer support. Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to provide innovative concepts and creative solutions that meet client needs. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in design plans and project execution. Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of kitchen design trends, materials, and technologies.
