In the role of Kitchen Assistant you will be the guardian of culinary excellence and order in the kitchen, contributing to creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will be part of a dynamic and passionate team, supporting food preparation and ensuring tools and work environments are always impeccable.

Main Responsibilities:

• Washing, rinsing, and drying dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Cleaning and order of kitchen, pantry, refrigerators, and work surfaces.
• Correct disposal of waste and sanitization of containers.
• Support to operational activities of the culinary team and replenishment of stations.
• Maintenance of hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in kitchen or similar roles.
• Attention to detail and care in cleaning and managing utensils and environments.
• Punctuality and reliability in performing daily activities.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow chef and kitchen staff instructions.
• Knowledge of sanitary regulations and ability to apply them correctly.
