Kitchen Assistant (Economic Hotel BH)

Job Description Objective: Execute support activities in the kitchen, assisting in pre-preparation and preparation of food, according to the required food safety standards and brand style, to satisfactorily meet customer needs. Responsibilities and duties: Assist in pre-preparing and preparing food, including washing, sanitizing, cutting, and organizing ingredients. Support confectionery production (sweets, cakes, etc.) when necessary. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, as well as proper storage and handling of equipment and supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Perform tasks in accordance with established procedures and protocols. Maintain confidentiality regarding customer information and company data. Participate in continuous training and improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
