Kitchen Assistant

Join our team as a Kitchen Assistant, become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for:

• Lighting stoves and ovens
• Preparing garnishes.
• Preparing sauces.
• Preparing hot appetizers.
• Daily reheating of sauces and food and placing them in their place.
• Prepping foods under your responsibility and helping the chef with soup and specialty dish preparation.
• Helping the chef with food provision in steam trays and refrigerators.
• Maintaining a clean workspace and utensils at all times.
• Filling in temporarily for the chef when they are absent.
• Assisting with hot food assembly in the buffet.
• Chopping meat.
• Toasting tomatoes.
• Cooking legumes.
• Cleaning fruit.
• Taking inventory.
• Bringing food from the storage room.
• Assisting with buffet assembly.
• Filling in temporarily for the chef.
