Job description: Assist and execute the pre-preparation and preparation of food (mise-en-place) by washing, sanitizing, and cutting the food and allocating it to its own containers, in order to leave them ready for cooking the dishes on the menu, buffet, banquets, restaurant, etc. • Apply good practices of food safety relevant to the area; • Assist in replenishing items from the buffet; • Set up and take care of replenishment and cleaning of the dining room; • Execute the functions of Steward, when necessary…
