Job description

• Assist and execute the preparation of food (mise-en-place) by washing, cleaning, and cutting ingredients and allocating them to their own containers, making them ready for cooking dishes from the menu, buffet, banquets, restaurant, etc.
• Apply good practices related to food safety in the area;
• Assist in replenishing buffet items;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform other correlated tasks as needed according to the area's requirements.
