Job description
Kitchen Assistant and execute the pre-preparation and preparation of food (mise-en-place) by washing, sanitizing and cutting the food and allocating it to its own containers, so that it is ready for cooking dishes from the menu, buffet, banquets, restaurant etc. • Apply good practices of food safety relevant to the area; • Assist in replenishing buffet items; • Set up and take care of replenishment and cleaning of the dining room; • Execute Steward functions when necessary. • Keep the workplace clean and organized. • Perform other related tasks as needed according to the area.
