Description of the job
- Auxiliary and execute the preparation of food (mise-en-place) by washing, sanitizing and cutting the ingredients and allocating them to their own containers, so that they are ready for cooking dishes from the menu, buffet, banquets, restaurant etc.
- Apply good practices of food safety relevant to the area;
- Auxiliary in replenishing items from the buffet;
- Maintain and care for the replacement and cleaning of the dining room;
