Kitchen and Bathroom Installer

Job Objective:

• The installation personnel are responsible for ensuring that IKEA provides the best measurement / diagnostic and installation services for kitchens and bathrooms, so that customers can have a successful shopping experience.
• To provide customers with a complete range of professional, fast, and friendly installation services for kitchens and bathrooms.
• To provide professional, fast, and friendly measurements and diagnoses for kitchens and bathrooms before installation.

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform measurements and diagnoses at the customer's home, ensuring that the area is ready for installation in the kitchen or bathroom (compliance with mechanical guidelines).
• To submit a site report after measurement and diagnosis.
• To install, disassemble, and/or modify kitchen and bathroom furniture.
• To install kitchen appliances such as extractor fan, stove, refrigerator.
• To install sink and shower fixtures.
• To install pendant lights and integrated lighting for kitchen and bathroom.
• To perform recovery work (replacement of cabinets, countertops, sinks, and faucets).
• To handle customer comments and/or complaints efficiently to ensure service quality.
• To have a thorough understanding of 'IKEA's basic knowledge of work', to maintain a friendly attitude at the customer's location
• To ensure that all installation items are complete, packaging is not damaged, installation plans are clear to confirm installation services.
• To clearly inform the customer and in a professional and friendly manner to confirm product installation.
• To support other activities such as furniture installations and assembly within IKEA stores.
