In our public forest kindergarten "Wiesentrolle" in the municipality of Kämpfelbach, your future colleagues are looking forward to meeting you. The kindergarten premises are located in a construction trailer between the villages of Erzingen and Bilfingen. Currently, up to 20 children are being cared for in the kindergarten.

• You have completed training as a state-certified educator or equivalent recognition as a pedagogical specialist, as well as additional qualifications as a "Fachwirt:in" (managerial specialist) or an academic degree (e.g., social pedagogy).
• You have initial professional experience as a (deputy) kindergarten manager or in a leadership position in the pedagogical field.
• You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and are preferably familiar with software such as LucaNet, d.vinci, Haufe Zeugnismanager, or Famly.
• Your values are characterized by tolerance and open-mindedness.
• You clearly and transparently communicate your expectations to your employees and utilize supervision or conflict management methods when facing challenges.
• You foster the motivation of your employees through a participative, cooperative, and appreciative leadership style.

• You shape and coordinate the pedagogical work of your institution and continuously develop the pedagogical concept.
• You promote collaboration with parents and empower your team to achieve a successful educational partnership.
• You are responsible for personnel management, including selection, hiring, scheduling, as well as leadership and development of employees.
• You manage your institution and control financial management independently.
• You ensure the optimal success of the daily kindergarten routine through regular feedback and development meetings with your employees.
• You maintain networks with vocational schools and universities.
• You implement effective quality management, ensure the conceptual focus, and consider legal, economic, and provider standards.
