KiTa Management (m/f/d)

in full-time.

Your tasks:

• Pedagogical and administrative management of the KiTa
• Management and promotion of the pedagogical employees
• Creation of duty rosters as well as working time control; personnel deployment planning, plan organization and -administration
• Responsible implementation of employee appraisals
• Promotion of cooperation within the team, with parents and networking with cooperation partners in the social space
• Participation in the presentation of the facility to the public
• Continuous conceptual further development of the facility together with the team on the basis of the internal quality standards of the organization, as well as the country-specific education programs
• Pedagogical and strategic planning in terms of resource optimization (KiTa place utilization; staff motivation and retention, budget responsibility for the own house)
• Admission organization of the children
• Applicant management, selection and induction
• Co-responsible organization of safety, hygiene, order and maintenance as well as material procurement
• Self-management, work organization, time management and the reflection of one's own leadership role
• Performance of representative tasks in group service
