Job titles or functions are declined in both masculine and feminine forms. This Lyon-based center proposes a full-time CDI Masseur-Kinésiotherapist H/F position for its Geriatrics service starting January 2026.
You will work on a dedicated technical platform within multidisciplinary teams (MPR doctors, general practitioners, anesthesiologists and surgeons, ergothérapeuts, orthoprothésists, APA teachers, nurses, auxiliary nurses, social assistants, psychologists…).
Under the responsibility of the healthcare rehabilitation framework, you will work with professionals from both services for our beneficiaries according to the main missions as follows:
Conduct a masso-kinésitherapy patient assessment and implement their rehabilitation plan based on medical prescriptions, taking into account their pathology, needs, and evolution,
Organize and manage your activity (scheduling, material needs, use of technical platform),
Ensure patient follow-up care (traceability on the patient's electronic file, PMSI reporting)
Communicate and inform to improve relationships with the patient on one hand and with the rest of the team on the other hand.
New employee skills are developed through a dynamic team of experienced kinésiotherapists involved in teaching and research activities.
Remuneration according to collective agreement: 100% seniority reintegration + Ségur indemnity: starting at €2,700 gross/month
13th month bonus (starting from the first month of presence)
Work schedule: 38 hours Monday to Friday with RTT (18 days/year) in addition to CPs
Self-service for lunch with meals up to €2.77
Uniform provided
Reimbursement of 50% of public transportation costs or access to free parking

Mutual and provident insurance You must hold a State-recognized Masseur-Kinésiotherapist diploma or its French equivalent.
