Childhood Educators (m/w/d)

Stepke is a rapidly growing operator of kindergartens. We are involved in nationwide construction and operation of family centers and kindergartens. Due to our continuous growth and the increasing demand for our services, we are looking for motivated and experienced childhood educators (m/w/d) to support us in our mission. As a Stepke KiTa team member, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs for children from 0-6 years old, as well as supporting the daily operations of the kindergarten. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing educational programs that are tailored to the needs of our young guests; • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment; • Supporting the daily operations of the kindergarten, including administrative tasks and communication with parents; • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of the kindergarten's educational concept; • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment to our pedagogical concept. Requirements: • Completed degree in early childhood education or a related field; • 2-3 years of experience in working with children from 0-6 years old; • Excellent communication and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
