Your responsibilities

• recruitment, onboarding, and support of the sales team
• management – work organization, planning, and goal achievement
• building a positive atmosphere and motivating the team
• taking care of results and business development, leading strategy.

• experience in managing a sales team (B2B or B2C),
• knowledge of how to build a team and select people effectively,
• communication skills, responsibility, and goal orientation,
• high work ethic and positive attitude.
