Your scope of responsibilities

• recruiting, onboarding, and supporting the sales team
• management – organizing work, planning and achieving goals
• building a positive atmosphere and motivating the team
• ensuring results and business development, leading strategy.

Our requirements

• experience in managing a sales team (B2B or B2C),
• knowledge of how to build a team and select people effectively,
• communication skills, responsibility, and a goal-oriented mindset,
• high work ethic and a positive attitude.
