Your responsibilities

• building a positive image of the brand and company,
• managing the store in accordance with company standards,
• motivating, developing, and organizing the work of the subordinate team,
• ensuring appropriate product presentation and adherence to company procedures,
• providing professional customer service,
• achieving the planned sales level.

• experience in retail,
• experience in people management,
• ability to organize one's own work and that of the subordinate team,
• responsibility, reliability, and honesty,
• enthusiasm and commitment to tasks performed,
• willingness to develop and improve qualifications,
• experience in a managerial position is a plus.
