We have thirty years of experience on the Polish labor market, which positions us at the forefront of the most important companies specializing in human resource management.  Project Manager - Construction Industry Location: Lublin Employment form: employment contract / B2B Recruitment is conducted by: recruitment agency Client: a stable construction company   Job description For our client, a renowned construction company, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for comprehensive project management from the preparation stage to the final delivery.  Scope of responsibilities - Comprehensive project management in accordance with the schedule, budget, and scope - Coordination of work teams, contractors, and subcontractors - Supervision over the implementation of works and compliance with technical documentation and regulations - Control of costs, deadlines, and quality of implemented works - Cooperation with investors, designers, and external institutions - Reporting on project progress to Management - Identification of project risks and implementing preventive measures Requirements - Higher technical education (desirable) - Experience as a Project Manager or similar position in the construction industry - Knowledge of investment realization processes  - Experience in working with contractors, invoicing, and receiving works - Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work with project schedules and budgets - Self-reliance, responsibility, and good organization of work - Driving license category B (desirable) Desirable - Knowledge of project management programs (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) We offer - Employment with a stable and respected employer - Participation in ambitious and long-term projects  - Attractive remuneration commensurate with experience - Essential work tools (car, phone, laptop) - Opportunity for professional development and increasing qualifications Sector: Job/Profession: Type of employment: Permanent job
