Department Manager

Job description

As Department Manager, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and motivating your team. Creating an inclusive culture based on cooperation and entrepreneurial approach, you will ensure a work environment where everyone can develop. Acting in accordance with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and the success of the entire company. Your tasks will include:
  • Leading the team and taking care that every customer feels unique – through maintaining high levels of service and attractive store appearance.
  • Responsibility for store results and department – through analyzing sales results, seeking new opportunities and setting goals that will help achieve even better results.
  • Planning work with the team – scheduling, organizing daily tasks and ensuring smooth operation of the store.
  • Recruitment, training and development of employees – with a focus on inclusive workplace culture where every voice matters.
  • Buliding a positive brand image – in every interaction with customers.
  • Active promotion of loyalty program – so that purchases are not only enjoyable but also beneficial for customers.
You will be working closely with:
  • Our stores, which form the foundation of our company – it is here that customers directly experience our brand. As part of a dynamic store team, every position – from sales advisors to department managers and administrative controllers – contributes to creating an inspiring and friendly atmosphere.
We are looking for people with:
  • Experience in managing retail sales.
  • Knowledge of planning, analysis and monitoring of sales results, using relevant reporting tools.
And people who:
  • Feel confident as leaders. They can inspire, train and develop their teams in line with company values and culture.
  • Want to develop themselves in dynamic and diverse teams where cooperation is the foundation.
  • Are motivated to ensure customers have wonderful shopping experiences through promoting and selling our products.
  • Are interested in fashion, sales and monitoring competitor activities to increase sales.
  • Can clearly communicate, think outside the box and approach new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Are flexible, analytical and ambitious. They can work with statistics and data.
  • Speak Polish at an advanced level, both verbally and in writing.
