Department Manager/Manageress

As Department Manager/Manageress, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and motivating your team. Creating an inclusive culture based on cooperation and entrepreneurial approach, you will ensure a work environment where everyone can develop. Acting in accordance with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and the success of the whole company. Your tasks will include:

• Leading the team and taking care that every client feels exceptional – through maintaining high levels of service and attractive store appearance.
• Responsibility for store results and department – through analyzing sales results, seeking new opportunities and setting goals that will help achieve even better results.
• Planning team work – scheduling, organizing daily routine and ensuring smooth operation of the store.
• Recruitment, training and development of employees – with care for an inclusive workplace environment where every voice matters.
• BUILDING A POSITIVE BRAND IMAGE – in every interaction with clients.
• ACTIVE PROMOTION OF LOYALTY PROGRAM – so that purchases are not only a pleasure but also a benefit.

You will be working closely with:

• Our stores, which form the foundation of our company – it is here that clients directly experience our brand. As part of a dynamic store team, every position – from sales advisors to department managers and administrative controllers – contributes to creating an inspiring and friendly atmosphere. Working with other stores and regional teams, you will share insights and achieve common successes. Together with your team members, you will play a key role in helping clients feel confident and express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless fashion.

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience in managing retail sales.
• Know how to plan, analyze and monitor sales results using relevant reporting tools.

• Are motivated to ensure clients have wonderful shopping experiences through promoting and selling our products.

• Are flexible, analytical and ambitious. They can work with statistics and data.
• Speak Polish at an advanced level, both verbally and in writing.
