• Managing the subordinate team and organizing work on implemented projects;
• Leading and supervising the execution of sanitary works in accordance with technical documentation, schedule, and contractual requirements;
• Coordinating subcontractors' work and supervising the correct execution of their assigned tasks;
• Monitoring the project schedule and budget, including controlling execution costs;
• Cost analysis of implemented technical solutions and participation in the offer calculation process;
• Maintaining construction documentation and subcontractor documentation;
• Quality control of executed works and participation in partial and final acceptance procedures;
• Supervising compliance with Health and Safety and Fire Protection regulations on conducted construction sites.

• Technical education in sanitary installations;
• Knowledge of construction law, particularly related to sanitary installations;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a sanitary works manager;
• Knowledge of the Auto CAD environment
• Ability to analyze design documentation and control compliance with technical standards and regulations;
• Driving license category B;
