Project Manager - Construction Industry

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager from the construction industry to work for a renowned company in this field. Our client is a stable and well-established firm that requires a comprehensive project manager responsible for managing projects from preparation to final delivery. The scope of responsibilities includes: Complex project management according to schedule, budget, and scope - Coordination of project teams, contractors, and subcontractors - Supervision over the implementation of works and compliance with technical documentation and regulations - Cost control, deadlines, and quality of implemented work - Cooperation with investors, designers, and external institutions - Reporting on project progress to Management - Identification of project risks and implementing preventive measures. Requirements: Higher technical education (desirable) - Experience as a Project Manager or similar in the construction industry - Knowledge of investment realization processes - Experience working with subcontractors, invoicing, and receiving work results - Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work with project schedules and budgets - Self-reliance, responsibility, and good organization of work - Driving license category B (desirable) - Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).
