Job description
Minimum technical secondary education
Experience in team management in a manufacturing company
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma will be an additional asset
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of MS Office environment – Excel
Fluent knowledge of English, enabling daily communication
Leadership skills, communication, independence, decisiveness
Readiness to work in a 3-shift system (4 brigades), [Improving production processes, Optimizing production costs, Preparation and analysis of production data, Monitoring work at individual workstations, Managing the subordinate team, administering and coordinating the activities of subordinate employees, Creating production strategy, Improving production procedures ] Requirements: Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, Lunch card.
