IT Team Leader (m/k/os.) We are looking for a Team Leader who will take responsibility for managing an IT team working on Asseco Core Banking system. This is a role for someone combining technical and management skills – someone who can build an engaged, effectively collaborate with the team, make decisions, and ensure the project's success. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading IT teams, knowledge of banking systems, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: • Leading a team of IT specialists working on Asseco Core Banking system; • Coordinating and planning work processes to ensure timely completion of tasks; • Making decisions regarding resource allocation and prioritization of tasks; • Ensuring the quality of delivered solutions; • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders; • Identifying and mitigating risks; • Developing and implementing project plans; • Monitoring and controlling project progress. Requirements: • Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, IT); • At least 3 years of experience in leading IT teams; • Knowledge of banking systems and their architecture; • Excellent communication skills; • Ability to work in a team and build relationships with stakeholders; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
