Head of Process Improvement Department (m/f) @ Devire

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in optimizing and digitizing operational processes (from analysis to measuring results)
• Experience in team management or highly developed managerial competencies
• Documented experience in project management (financial industry will be an asset)
• Ability for analytical thinking and drawing conclusions
• Ability to analyze and solve non-standard problems
• Knowledge of English spoken and written (min. B2)
