New Car Sales Manager VWD (m/f)

Workplace: Modlniczka (Kraków district)

Your responsibilities

• Managing the Sales Department and the sale of new Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in operational and commercial aspects
• Close operational and business cooperation with the VWO Kraków Fleet Department in the area of fleet sales, planning of sales activities, and achievement of set sales targets
• Ensuring the highest quality of sales transaction service, in line with VW brand guidelines and the Cichy-Zasada Group strategy
• Implementation of the Cichy-Zasada Group's and the importer's new car sales strategy
• Coordinating the sales team's activities, ensuring the achievement of set sales and quality goals
• Developing the team responsible for achieving set goals, motivating, and developing the skills of sales representatives
• Monitoring and ensuring the growth of the department's efficiency based on set targets
• Supervising the vehicle stock and its liquidity
• Representing the Sales Department in contacts with Clients, partners, and management

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position in car sales, preferably in commercial vehicle and/or fleet sales
• Valid driving license category B
• Ability to manage a team based on achieved sales and quality results
• Ability to set and enforce sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them
• Responsibility and motivation to work and take on ambitious challenges
• Openness to implementing modern solutions
• Focus on quality and professionalism at work
