Your responsibilities

• Managing the used car sales department across three Silesian locations
• Achieving sales targets and indicators related to the functioning of the subordinate department
• Supervising and reporting the results of the subordinate department
• Building and motivating a team of employees
• Creating a positive company image
• Reporting on the department's work

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in used car sales – mandatory condition
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a sales team
• Knowledge of sales techniques and standards
• Very good knowledge of the automotive industry, especially the used car market
• Commitment and responsibility
• Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
• Responsibility and consistency in implementing changes and achieving results
• Driving license category B
