Torway Robots Manager (k/m) Place of work: Gliwice Your scope of responsibilities Leading and supervision of the implementation of works on the Toruńska Street railway track in Bydgoszcz. Organization, coordination, and ongoing control of construction works performed by our own brigades and subcontractors. Ensuring timely and consistent with the project realization of railway works, maintaining required quality standards. Analysis of project documentation and technical documentation, reporting comments, inconsistencies, and proposals for improvement. Verification of compliance with regulations and standards. Coordination with other departments and stakeholders. Monitoring and control of work progress. Reporting on work progress to management. Ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. Coordinating with external partners and stakeholders. Providing guidance and support to team members. Maintaining accurate records and reports. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Developing and implementing effective project plans and schedules. Managing budgets and resources. Identifying and mitigating risks. Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
