Miejsce pracy: BydgoszczYour scope of responsibilities
- Promoting and overseeing the implementation of works on the Toruńska Street railway track in Bydgoszcz.
- Organizing, coordinating, and controlling construction works performed by our own teams and subcontractors.
- Ensuring timely and consistent realization of trackwork projects, maintaining required quality standards.
- Analyzing project documentation and technical reports, reporting comments, inconsistencies, and proposals for improvements.
- Collaborating with the designer, investor, and superiors in resolving project issues.
- Preparing and implementing construction budgets, controlling costs, and being responsible for the financial outcome of assigned projects.
- Developing a work schedule and organizing material supplies, equipment, and transportation.
- Overseeing inventory management, material settlements, and construction documentation (daily construction log, acceptance protocols).
- Organizing construction support facilities, including social conditions and accommodation for workers.
- Carefully following the project timeline and achieving contract goals.
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with a focus on civil engineering.
- Built-in qualifications to manage construction works in the railway sector (no restrictions).
- At least 3 years of experience as a site manager or similar position.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Familiarity with FIDIC regulations, building law.
- Familiarity with technology for executing construction and installation works in the railway and tramway sectors, as well as knowledge of norms and regulations governing their implementation.
- Driving license category B.
- A willingness to cooperate, resolve problems, and achieve goals.
- Punctuality, meticulousness.
